Who we are

A bridge between U.S. innovation and global patient care.

International Trade Group (ITG) is a global distributor of advanced regenerative wound care technologies. We bring amniotic membrane allografts from trusted U.S. manufacturers to patients and providers across Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

Our mission is simple: help people heal faster, with better outcomes. We work with world-class manufacturers and committed in-country partners to expand access to cutting-edge wound care — serving hospitals, clinics, and providers ready to elevate the standard of care in their region.

With decades of international trade experience, deep regulatory understanding, and a network spanning continents, we are uniquely positioned to deliver these therapies where they are most needed and most underserved.

Our Standards

Four principles, non-negotiable.

01

Ethics

We operate at the intersection of biologics, regulation, and patient safety — where shortcuts are unacceptable. Every partnership is built on full regulatory transparency and rigorous chain of custody.

02

Innovation

We distribute only the technologies we would put on our own families. That means proven outcomes, peer-reviewed evidence, and a curated portfolio of biologics from manufacturers committed to R&D.

03

Regeneration

The goal isn't a closed wound — it's restored tissue, restored function, and a restored life. Regenerative medicine succeeds when the patient walks again, sees again, lives again.

04

Partnership

We treat providers as colleagues and sub-distributors as territory principals. Long-term relationships, not transactional supply. Built on the conviction that everyone wins when patients heal.

Leadership

The principals behind ITG.

Three executives. More than $1 billion in healthcare capital deployed. Operating experience across hospitals, pharmaceuticals, distribution, real estate, and capital markets. ITG is led by people who have built the businesses we serve.
